Samhall exists to create a more inclusive labor market where everyone is seen as an asset. Our mission is to create meaningful jobs for people with disabilities. Each year, approximately 2,000 individuals are referred to us by the Swedish Public Employment Service, and we provide them with a stable platform to stand on, offering opportunities to train their skills and develop their competencies. Our most important goal is that 1,500 people leave us each year for employment outside of Samhall.

The Role of Area Manager

Being an Area Manager at Samhall means being at the absolute center of our operations. You lead employees who work in various customer assignments, and your primary objective is to ensure that your employees have the opportunity to discover and develop their competencies, with the long-term goal of leaving Samhall for another employer.

In your daily work, you also have extensive contact with your customers and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Through good relationships, you also develop the business and find opportunities for more job placements for Samhall's employees.

Creating the conditions for our employees' development and ensuring customer satisfaction is the very core of our mission as a company. Therefore, all efforts are directed towards creating the platform for you as an Area Manager.

What do you bring to the role?

As an Area Manager, you are operational, present, and capable of making decisions with high integrity. Having experience from and thriving in an operation characterized by high tempo and a human-centric approach is a requirement. We also know that you are comfortable in a leadership role and have good knowledge of the tasks involved in a managerial position.

To succeed in the job, we believe you have:

• Leadership experience is meritorious
• Experience in building long-term customer relationships
• Familiarity with documentation and systems
• Experience from facility management (SRY/Insta) is meritorious
• High school education
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
